When we were searching for a distribution warehouse location, we had fast shipping in mind! So we chose a location that was right next door to FedEx's distribution hub! What does this mean? This means we get the latest daily pickup times possible, they come and pick up our packages twice per day, and we can offer the best rates! If you place your order before 5pm EST Mon-Fri, we'll ship it that same day, and orders placed after 5pm EST will be shipped out at 9am the following morning. Not only that, FedEx even home delivers packages on Saturdays!

We've made shipping as simple as shopping in our store! Unlike some stores who will charge you more when you buy more products, we reward you by offering cheaper shipping! We have a simple flat rate system for all orders. We'll get your packages to you fast and cheap!

Flat Rates: Orders up to $199: $5.99 Orders above $199: FREE	Get your package delivered fast and cheap with our flat rate FedEx shipping option! FedEx ground will guarantee to deliver your order in 2-5 business days, but most orders will arrive in 1-3 days! Orders placed before 5pm EST Monday to Friday will ship the same day! FedEx picks orders up from our warehouse 2 times per day, 9am and 6pm, so your order will always ship fast! With FedEx you'll also receive a tracking number which you can use to track your package at every step of it's journey! You'll know exactly where it is, and when they will deliver it. FedEx is the best shipping option for heavy items like protein powders, weight gainers etc.
Shipping By Weight: Starting at just $3.99, calculated by weight.	USPS priority mail packages start at just $3.99 and deliver in just 2-5 business days. USPS picks up from our warehouse 6 days per week! So orders placed on Saturday before 12pm using USPS as the shipping option will ship the same day! Shipping rates for USPS are calculated by the weight of the package. You can get a quote for USPS rates on the first checkout page - we don't hide our shipping rates! USPS may be the best option for light orders like vitamin, some clothing items and pills.

Shipping To APO/FPO Military Addresses:

We can ship to military APO/FPO addresses! Your package will be shipped using USPS and you will only be charged domestic shipping rates! Your order will be processed fast! If you order before 5pm EST you're order will be shipped the same day, if you order after 5pm EST your order will be shipped at 10am the following morning. No one beats our turn around times!

How to Ship to APO/FPO Addresses:

Please read these instructions before placing your order. If you need help, contact us.

1. Don't use the "get shipping quote" tool on your cart page. This will give you an inaccurate quote.
2. Be sure to submit your actual credit card billing address in the "billing address" section if the APO/FPO address is not on file with your credit card company. The APO/FPO address should go into the "shipping address" section.
3. This is the correct format for your APO/FPO address:

   Make sure you enter "APO" or "FPO" as the city, and select one of the military state options from the bottom of the states drop down menu. Also, as military addresses are treated the same as USA addresses, you need to select "United States" as your country.
4. Finally, you should select "USPS" as your shipping method. USPS will have the cheapest rates for APO/FPO addresses by far! Don't use the expensive international shipping options!

You will be surprised at how fast your shipment arrives! Of course, it may take longer 2 - 3 days if you are outside of the country, but it will still be there very quickly.

1. How long will my order take to ship?
   Our distribution warehouse is located right next door to FedEx! We get twice daily pickups Monday to Friday, and the latest daily pickups possible, which means we ship packages faster than our competitors! Orders placed before 5pm EST will be shipped the same day! For orders placed after 5pm EST, they'll leave out warehouse about 10am the next morning! We also ship USPS orders on Saturday. You'll get an email from us as soon as your package ships. Orders placed after 12pm Saturday go out first thing Monday morning!
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
   This depends on what type of shipping you choose and where you live. FedEx guarantee your order will arrive in 2-5 business days (including Saturday delivery!). However, most of our orders arrive in 2-3 days. We ship all orders placed before 5pm on the same day. If you choose to ship your order with FedEx, you'll be able to track your package from when it leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your door! Orders placed with USPS should arrive in 2-5 business days. USPS also pick up from our warehouse and deliver to your door on Saturdays.
3. Can I track the progress of my order after it's left your warehouse?
   Yes, if you choose to ship with FedEx. FedEX scans every package into their database before it even hits the truck when they pick up from us! Your package is taken straight to FedEx's distribution hub (next door to us!). Once your package is unloaded and scanned you will receive an automatic email from FedEx with your tracking information.
4. Do you ship on Saturdays?
   Yes! Unlike most other companies who take the weekend off, we're getting orders shipped to our customers fast! We ship from 8am to 12pm EST on Saturday, and our packages are picked up by USPS after 12pm. Please note, FedEx may not pick up packages until Monday morning.
5. Will I be notified when my package ships?
   Yes! We've got your back every step of the way. We won't keep you in the dark throughout the order process. You'll be notified via email when we receive your order, when your order leaves our warehouse, and if you choose to ship with FedEx you'll be emailed your tracking number.
